Shipping & Return Policy

360 Booth Expert warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the original ship date. During this period, 360 Booth Experts will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at 360 Booth Expert’s option, without charge to you, apart from any shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

360 Booths custom prints are not eligible for returns/exchanges and are non-refundable.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

All returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refund Policy for iPad Photo Booth Orders

All iPad Photo Booths are custom manufactured to order based on the specific iPad size selected at checkout. Each booth is built and assembled the same day your order is processed to ensure proper fit and quality.

Because of this custom production process, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to assist with warranty parts replacements or technical support if any issues arise after delivery. Our goal is to ensure every customer has a fully functional and professional booth for their business.

Shipping

Buyers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.

All shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
